We had the pleasure of working with Fabrizio as Technical Committee Co-Chairs for over a year. Always ready to help out, he brought excitement and enthusiasm to the committee and our activities. Juan Cortes (INRIA), Amarda Shehu (George Mason University) and Jianlin Cheng (University of Missouri) are organizing a workshop at AAAI-13 on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Methods in Computational Biology. The one-day workshop will take place on July 14 in Bellevue, Washington.
